Pharmacist for the Quebec City branch
INFORMATION
We are looking for a dedicated pharmacist to join our Quebec City team.
Full-time position (35 hours/week)
The candidate must be available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and some weekends/year.

DESCRIPTION
– Confirm prescriptions, analyze laboratory results and pharmacological records (specialty drugs and complex therapies), and carry out all interventions required to optimize treatment
– Take complete medication histories and provide advice to patients and caregivers
– Monitor drug therapy (proactive, regular follow-up with patients and caregivers)
– Work closely with each patient’s community and hospital pharmacy teams
– Ensure exemplary, attentive customer service
– Involve team members in professional and community development projects
– Participate in numerous conferences and ongoing training courses
REQUIREMENTS
– Member in good standing of the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec
– Proficiency in French and English
– Good communication skills (tact, empathy, and ability to conduct interviews in a clear and effective manner)
– Rigour, attention to detail, flexibility, and excellent work management skills
– Excellent team spirit
– Ability to work independently with remote teammates and perform tasks related to laboratory management
– Participation in professional growth activities
– Experience or interest in oncology, hepatitis, multiple sclerosis, and cystic fibrosis
– Master’s degree in hospital pharmacy is a plus
– Available for an initial training period of approximately four weeks at our Montreal pharmacy (living expenses are covered)
